We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery timelines.


1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Orders ship Monday to Friday
  • Processing time: within 1–2 business days
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 1PM (UK time) will begin processing the same day
  • Orders placed after 1PM will begin processing the next working day
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, especially during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances
  • If you experience any delivery issues, contact our support team here

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched
  • If you haven’t received one after 3 business days, feel free to reach out

3. UK SHIPPING

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
  • Free shipping on UK orders over £100

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and order weight.
Final costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Typical delivery times by region:

  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • USA & Canada: 5–7 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 working days
  • Asia: 5–9 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–10 working days

5. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your parcel using the links below — just enter your tracking number
(Postcode not required for DPD):

  • Royal Mail – used for both UK and international orders
  • DPD Local – used for international orders only

6. WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier

7. DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT FEES?

  • Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable import charges
  • Customs clearance times may vary and could delay your order

8. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER EDITS

  • We’re unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed (including address changes, item swaps, combining orders, or adding items).
  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel it and issue a full refund so you can place a new order with the correct details.

9. RETURNED TO SENDER

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll issue a refund once it’s back with us (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • You’re welcome to place a new order if you’d like it resent.
